Personnel Selection
At the end of each Golan Academy course students are carefully assessed and classified.
Each student that completes a course on the fundamentals of the profession is given:

*Attendance certificate
* User id and password for the restricted are of the site

By accessing the special area of the site, students may be offered work opportunites, depending on their capabilities as demonstrated during course work and in various capacities for which their skills are suited. These opportunities may include VIP protection teams, surveillance operations, escorts (almost always outside of Italy and especially where permitted by law) or to fill the roles required by the Agency from time to time.
These are unpaid, voluntary positions designed to give professional experience and involvement in the field. Upon confirming their availability, each new agent will be contacted as projects arise.
Recruits will be responsible for completing all necessary bureaucratic requirements in order to operate within the legislation of each given region.
NB: Recruitment positions are subject to a probationary period and are by invitation only (neither automatic nor guaranteed). However, there are ample opportunities due to Golan’s activity in various branches of the security field. Preference will be given to students trained by Golan as an inroad to the industry. The most frequently required work areas are: Bodyguard, VIP Protection, Surveillance, and Drivers.
